• Usage Data — We track the number of analyses performed per session using your IP address to manage the free tier limit and purchased credit allocations
• Search Queries — Company names entered into the search field are processed through our AI system to generate analysis reports
• Payment Information — When you purchase additional analyses, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data
• Browser & Device Data — Basic browser and device information may be collected for security and performance purposes

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the CreditDNA platform
• Track and manage free and paid analysis credits
• Process payments and verify purchases
• Improve the platform's performance and user experience
• Detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use
• Comply with legal obligations

3. IP Address Tracking

CreditDNA uses IP addresses to manage usage limits for the free tier and to allocate purchased analysis credits. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information and are not sold or shared with third parties. IP data is retained only as long as necessary to manage your credit allocation.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

CreditDNA does not collect:

• Your name, email address, or personal contact information
• Account login credentials
• Credit card or banking details
• Location data beyond IP address
• Social media profiles or external account data

5. Cookies & Local Storage

CreditDNA uses browser local storage to track your analysis credit usage locally on your device. This data does not leave your browser and is not transmitted to our servers. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information associated with your use of CreditDNA. All data transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS. However no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

CreditDNA is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has used our platform please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Request information about data we hold related to your IP address
• Request deletion of any data associated with your usage
• Opt out of any future data collection
