CreditDNA is an AI-powered company intelligence platform operated by Treaty of Nations, LLC. The platform provides automated analysis of companies across various sectors including entertainment, communications, real estate, and digital assets. CreditDNA is designed to assist users in conducting research and due diligence on companies.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreditDNA, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Use of the Platform

CreditDNA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal or internal business research purposes. You agree not to:

Use CreditDNA for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any analysis reports or outputs
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the platform or its AI systems
Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform
Share your account or purchased analysis credits with third parties
Use CreditDNA outputs as the sole basis for any business, financial, or legal decision

4. Important Disclaimer

    CreditDNA is a research and due diligence tool only. All analyses, credit scores, risk flags, and company reports generated by CreditDNA are produced by artificial intelligence and are provided strictly for informational and research purposes. They do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, investment recommendations, or any form of professional advisory service. Treaty of Nations, LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Always conduct independent due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any business decisions.
  

5. Payments & Credits

CreditDNA offers a free tier of 3 analyses. Additional analyses are available for purchase at $5.99 for 5 analyses. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final. Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Treaty of Nations, LLC. Purchased credits do not expire but are non-transferable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, branding, AI prompts, and outputs associated with CreditDNA are the exclusive intellectual property of Treaty of Nations, LLC. The CreditDNA name, logo, and associated branding are protected under trademark law. Unauthorized use of any CreditDNA intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Treaty of Nations, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of CreditDNA or reliance on any analysis, report, or output generated by the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Privacy

Your use of CreditDNA is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using CreditDNA you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

Treaty of Nations, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of CreditDNA after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Treaty of Nations, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
